Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via email: shop@magentacharm.com. Please note that the goods must be sent to the following address: Tinužu highway 17C, Ikšikile, LV-5052.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the situation and solve.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized goods) and personal hygiene products (eg cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for the bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
